Founder & CEO

Gregori Rozenshtein

Driven by a blend of engineering expertise and business, Gregori Rozenshtein holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. His career features electrical design engineering at Israel Electric Corp and impactful technology roles within the Ministry of Defense and the IDF, showcasing his capacity to manage intricate projects and deliver solutions to technical problems.

Dr. David Brooks

Dr. David Brooks brings extensive experience in optical devices and high-speed electronics, notably as CTO at ColorChip for 13 years, where he shaped their core technology. His background includes leadership roles at Gamalong and Orika Optical Networks, and early career experience at Motorola Semiconductor (Freescale). He holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and a PhD from Tel Aviv University.

Martha brings a wealth of experience in international business and finance, cultivated through roles ranging from independent consulting to managing multi-country budgets and advising companies. Her background provides a valuable financial, analytical, and strategic perspective, underpinned by her Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Wiesbaden Business School in Germany.
